I have tried to work with TuneUp Media requesting support as to why it will NOT work with WMP. The request has lingered out there now for well over 2 months with NO RESPONSE, well that is to say except how to get it to work with i-Tunes, which had NOTHING to do with my initial request or question.
I know they have undergone some recent financial situations, and am now wondering at this point if the company even exists an more! There's nothing about them on any website or anywhere for that matter. I would not suggest purchasing this product until further clarification on the company's status was attained.
